Items once sold cannot be returned and/or exchanged unless there is a shipping error or in an unlikely event that you have received a defective piece. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products at the convenience of the customer (e.g.; you changed your mind about the colour or fit). If however you have received an incorrect product (due to a shipping error from us) or in the unlikely event that you have received a defective product please let us know within 7 days from the day the item arrives and we will process a return or exchange as per your choice.
In case you have received defective product:
In the unlikely event that you received a defective product from us, we will refund your purchase amount and pay for return shipping of the damaged product. In this case, please contact us within 7 days from the day the item arrives via email. Please send us images of the defect if possible.
If you do not want a refund and want a fresh piece of the same item, we will send you the item as soon as it becomes available. Sometimes, it may take 4-6 weeks, especially in cases where the item is made on order. We will coordinate closely with you. In case the item is sold out, or can no longer be made on order, we will inform you and refund your amount.
In case you received incorrect product:
In the unlikely event that there was an error in shipping and you received an incorrect product from us, please contact us within 7 days from the day the item arrives via email. Please send us images of the product you received.
In such cases, we can refund your amount or exchange the incorrect item with the correct item. We will send you a new piece as soon as possible. Sometimes, especially in the case of a “made to order” piece the waiting time can be long. In such case, if you do not want to wait long, we can refund your amount. In case the item is sold out, or can no longer be made on order, we will inform you and refund your amount. If you want to wait for your item, we will coordinate with you closely and keep you informed of the status of your order.
Please note, in all cases, if you do not inform us about your product being defective or incorrect, within 7 days from the day you received the order, we will not be able to process a return or exchange.
